1. What delivery options are available?

We offer Standard Shipping via DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS, for both US and international shipping.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We're offering free shipping worldwide for orders above $100.

3. How much is your shipping fee?

For shipping within the United States, our standard shipping fee is $19.90. For shipping outside of the United States, our standard shipping fee starts from $29.90. These rates applied only when we're not running our free shipping promo.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping from $29.90. Please note that custom duties may apply in certain countries and these fees will be paid by the customers.

5. Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

Sorry, we cannot fulfil order(s) to P.O. boxes at this time.

Arrival and tracking

1. When can I expect my order to arrive?

We ship your order within 2 business days upon confirmation. Your order may take 7 to 14 business days to be delivered.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! You may use our tracker and track by using your order number or tracking number.

Mail your eyewear with your RMA number specified in the shipping label to us. Then, email us the delivery tracking code.

We will initiate a refund in 48 hours; or send your eyewear replacement to you within 7 to 14 business days.

Return information

1. How do I know if I’m eligible for a return or replacement?

You are eligible for a return or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date if:

  • Your glasses came with noticeable defects upon delivery (please note we do not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, or accidents).
  • Your glasses doesn't fit well.
  • You change your mind or decide that the glasses isn't what you expected.

2. What can I choose for a replacement?

You can choose a pair of glasses of equal or lesser value than your order for a replacement. You may also request to change your prescription details during the process.

3. Can I request replacement for multiple glasses?

Yes, you can! We process replacement requests one at a time. You can send the next request for a different product in the same order after the previous replacement is complete.

4. Do I pay anything throughout the return process?

You will only have to pay for the actual cost of the return shipping. You will also not be charged any restocking fee.
