Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service at happiness[at]mouqy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we wil process your return. Please allow at least ninety (90) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. refunds may take 1 – 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by emnail when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
 
Please note:
 

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • The 30-day replacement/refund guarantee does not cover any damage caused by user negligence, accidents or improper care. Shipping fees may be incurred if the customer opts for a replacement.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item(s) back and notify us via phone, email, or chat so we can initiate the refund, or replacement.
  • The customer is entitled to send one request to reorder an item at a time. Please note that different items in the same order will require separate requests. The next request for a different item in the same order can be sent after the previous request is closed.
  • Each item is entitled to a one-time replacement or a full refund — excluding the shipping fee — or product exchange of equal or lesser value within 30 days.
  • Mouqy reserves the right to make changes to, or cancel, return requests at any time.
